What to expect
Oh come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker!
Here’s what you can expect at DCC
What We Teach
We are also committed to teaching God’s Word verse-by-verse and to teaching theology in a way that everyone can understand. Our mission is to make disciples – followers, students, and imitators of Christ – through teaching God’s Word with love, humility, and boldness, as God said, “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you.” (Matthew 28:19-20)
What We Sing
During the Sunday service, we sing contemporary spiritual songs and some traditional hymns. Most importantly, our worship is all about honoring and giving praise to our Lord and Heavenly Father.
What We Wear
Things aren’t as traditional as you may expect. You can show up relaxed and ready to learn, not worrying about someone judging the way you look. Instead we are focused on what’s really important: taking God’s Word seriously and holding to it. So come as you are, wear your normal everyday wear, and know we are all here to learn God’s Word together and to glorify Him!
